Concrete Ready Mix Truck Driver
We are a locally owned local company that has been in business for more than 100 years. We take great pride in our concrete truck drivers and feel they are the best in the business which has led to our success. We offer good pay including health insurance benefits, 401k plan, disability insurance and bonuses. Must have a class B cdl license. Normal working hours. We will provide training to operate Ready Mix truck. Hamilton Block and Ready Mix. Co. 4510 132nd Ave. Hamilton, MI.
Primary duties include:
- A good attitude and friendly demeanor as you will be working with our clients regularly and relationship building
is key
- Safely and efficiently drives commercial vehicles
- Loads, unloads concrete to customer in a timely manner
- Follows company policy and federal/state regulations
- Maintains clean equipment, uniforms, cab space; ensures any repairs are communicated promptly
- Takes directions from dispatchers, managers or customer management, following delivery instructions and maintaining good working relationship
- Communicates with team members, management and customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Stays calm and level headed in stressful situations.
- Adopts new methods, procedures and changes in a positive manner.
